What is a Preorder?

A preorder item is a product that is not yet in stock but is available for advance purchase. When you place a preorder, you are reserving the item before it becomes available.  ALL PREORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.

Payment and Billing

Payment for all preorder items is collected at the time of checkout. This secures your item and your place in line for fulfillment once inventory becomes available.

Estimated Shipping Dates

Estimated shipping or release dates are provided in the product description. These dates are subject to change due to production or shipping delays beyond our control. We will notify customers via email if there are significant changes to the estimated ship date.

Final Sale / No Cancellations

All preorder purchases are final sale.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded, as production begins immediately based on preorder quantities.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Delays or Cancellations by Us

If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your preorder (for example, if a product is discontinued or production is canceled), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Shipping of Preorder Items

Preorder items are shipped once available. If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, they will be held and shipped together. If you need in-stock items in advance, they must be placed on a separate order. Tracking information will be provided once your preorder ships.
