Shipping policy

In-stock orders are prepared for shipping within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Preorders follow the ship time shown at the time of your order.  This is also reflected in your order confirmation. 

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.   Please note that there is no communication between order confirmation and shipping confirmation however you may reach out via the website chat anytime if you need assistance.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer an $8.00 flat rate shipping to the US.   

UPS is our preferred carrier; however, we will default to USPS or FedEx if the need arises.


International Shipping

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us via the website chat feature with your name and order number, and we will look into it and reply within 24 hours

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges but will fully indemnify for items that arrived damaged in any way.   Please send a message via the website chat (not email) with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will review to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Preorders are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges once the order has shipped.
