RETURN POLICY

IMPORTANT: Returns received without authorized approval from return portal above will not accepted nor re-shipped to sender. All returns must be APPROVED. Start your return above
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return the ELIGIBLE unworn items to us within 7 days of delivery date for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not offer exchanges or refunds.
PREORDER/FINAL SALE /FLASH SALE items cannot be returned.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
RETURNS RECEIVED
All returned items are inspected before an Exchange/Store Credit/Refund can be processed so please ensure that the items are in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear.
Eligible items for return must be sent back in original plastic packaging in order to be considered for store credit. Ineligible items or items sent back without appropriate packaging will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Upon receipt of the returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for return processing. You will be notified of your store credit via email.
Any item returned to our location due to an insufficient or incorrect address entered at checkout by the customer will not, under any circumstance, be re-shipped back out to the customer. These instances will be treated as a return for full refund minus shipping cost.
DEADLINES
Please ensure you report any issues within the respective deadlines:
- Damaged: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
- Defective: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
- Wrong Items: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
- Missing Items: Within 7 days of when the package was marked delivered
DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS
If you would like to exchange an item due to damage or defects OR due to the wrong item being shipped to you, please contact us via the website chat for authorization within 5 days of receiving the package. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 2-3 business days, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect or damage.
If entitled to a replacement item due to defect or damage, we will replace the product, subject to inventory, within a reasonable period of time. If the replacement item is not available, you will receive a full refund.
Price Adjustments
Price adjustments are not available on any purchase.
What is a Preorder?
A preorder item is a product that is not yet in stock but is available for advance purchase. When you place a preorder, you are reserving the item before it becomes available. PREORDERED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Payment and Billing
Payment for all preorder items is collected at the time of checkout. This secures your item and your place in line for fulfillment once inventory becomes available.
Estimated Shipping Dates
Estimated shipping or release dates are provided in the product description. These dates are subject to change due to production or shipping delays beyond our control. We will notify customers via email if there are significant changes to the estimated ship date.
Final Sale / No Cancellations
All preorder purchases are final sale.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded, as production begins immediately based on preorder quantities.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Delays or Cancellations by Us
If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your preorder (for example, if a product is discontinued or production is canceled), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Shipping of Preorder Items
Preorder items are shipped once available. If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, we may ship them separately. Tracking information will be provided once your preorder ships.

CHANGES/CANCELLATION POLICY
No changes will be made once an order has been placed.
Due to the pace of our business, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed.
All cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of placing your order. Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct size and color of your items.
