Too small and no exchange option

I was so excited to order and receive this shirt, but I ordered the women's cut and my normal size was WAY too small. Uncomfortable in the shoulders/sleeves tight. Sadly, the return policy doesn't provide an option for exchange. So I paid a lot for a shirt I can't wear.

Order at LEAST 3 sizes bigger than you need. This was more a children's 2xl than womens
